Good Evening,

Every business is, to one degree or another, seasonal.

That means they have a peak season and a down season.

Retail for example has its busiest season from Thanksgiving (last Thursday in November) through the day after Christmas.

Tourism, at least when you live in a beach town like I do has its busy season from Memorial Day (last Monday in May) through Labor Day (First Monday in September).

Most of the people reading this are in the B2B space.

And while it varies depending in the sub niche, for us the downturn is from mid December through the first Monday after the New Year.

It is then peak season until the end of February or so.

I have seen a slow down in business the last 3-4 days that is the beginning of that down turn.

Slow seasons are what really separate the winners from the losers in business.

Anyone can thrive when things are going well. (Remember 2017 when everyone was a crypto/bitcoin expert because the market was doing so well? Where are most of those folks now?

Its the people that prepare and adapt for the lean times that will come out ahead in the long run.

I am adapting by getting our formal plans for the next few weeks + into 2020 ready.

I plan to go into more depth about this publicly soon but you guys get a sneak peek

December ?

Some of the things I am getting ready for 2020 are a complete overhaul of Superstar SEO that will include:

  • A complete visual overhaul of all websites, social media and other properties
  • Really optimizing our funnels to get the right offers to the right people
  • Overhauling the content and platform for Superstar SEO Academy
  • Changing the pricing options for Superstar SEO Academy (doing away with the monthly and annual options for new students)
  • No longer offering the DFY SEO service to “one man gang” style SEOs and instead focus on agencies
  • Strategic Partnerships with industry leaders to increase synergy among our offers in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Offering a more advanced version of Profiit Academy training
  • Scaling the Profiit Academy arm of the business in general (Podcast etc…)
  • Scaling the one-on-one consulting arm of Profiit Academy
  • Content generation. We will be putting out MASSIVE amounts of content on literally every platform. This will provide so much value, and in turn so much Profiit for all businesses it will be crazy
  • Little things… like setting up messenger sequences for Legiit orders that will help grow our bubble
  • Add an eCommerce wing to the business.

And that’s just off the top of my head… and doesn’t even account for any of the reality warping stuff we have planned for Legiit.

So while other people and businesses are drinking Egg Nog and watching Hallmark movies this December, we are getting ready to take over the world.
