Good Evening!
No I don’t mean THAT kind of kiss. Sorry to disappoint you!
KISS is an acronym that means Keep It Simple Stupid
This is on my mind today because, in another popular online marketing community, they have been offering a wide variety of different programs, at different price points, with different requirements, some that relate to one another and some that don’t, all with different acronyms.
None of the customers could understand what came with what.
So the owner of the company made a LENGTHY post that looked to be over 1,000 words trying to clear it all up.
After reading it twice I was no more clear than I was at the beginning.
See the problem here?
That it needed an explanation to begin with is ridiculous.
That it took over 1k words to explain is insane.
Potential customers will look for ANY reason not to buy from you.
The more complex and confusing you make your product or business the harder it is going to be to make any Profiit.
This is something I have learned a lot in developing Legiit.
Every time I think we have made it as simple as possible… someone finds something I didn’t anticipate, and we have to adapt and make it simpler.
If you want to see the masters of this look at Amazon (remember my goal is the Amazon of digital services?) I can tell my Amazon Alexa to order me some laundry detergent and it will be there the next day after I spoke about 5 words.
On their site I am about 4 clicks form having it the next day.
This makes people keep coming back and their business and conversions skyrocket.
Is your business easy for your prospects to understand?
If not how can you simplify it?
Let’s get a discussion going in the Profiit Academy Daily Facebook group and help each other simplify and Profiit from our businesses.
Talk to you tomorrow.
Sincerely,
CMW
