Good evening everyone!
I often come up with my best ideas while I am on the elliptical at the gym.
In fact the other day I had no idea what to write for that day’s dispatch, I just had writers block.
So I went and did my workout and while I was doing it I took down 4 different notes on future topics I wanted to talk about (including this one ? )
I am sure there is science behind this… it gets the endorphins flowing, makes the heart pump faster… whatever.
But that works for me.
Same thing on a lesser scale during the day… I will get up and walk around for a few minutes, come back and be re-motivated.
Another approach is sometimes just tapping out for the day and going to sleep… your unconscious mind will go to work on the problem, and the next day you will wake up with the answers.
Everyone experiences this from time to time… even if you don’t do something that is specifically creative you will have times that your brain just isn’t firing all cylinders and you need to snap it back to the task.
